Automatic Stick-line Machine

Micron has designed and developed an Automatic Stick-Line Machine for ice cream.
One of the most important features of the machine is, they are very compact and require very less floor space.
The machine is to be connected in line with continuous freezer. The variable speed allows arrangement to match the freezer capacity.

Automatic operations of the stick ice cream machine:

  • Filling of the molds with water mix or ice cream
  • Liquid suction evacuator for water ice
  • Automatic stick inserters
  • Freezing of the ice cream bars
  • Defrosting of the ice creams in the molds for extraction
  • Automatic extraction of the ice creams from the molds
  • Chocolate dipping station
  • Dry coater station
  • Automatic packaging
